Alpacas

We are busy developing the Alpaca awareness within our community, and always encourage visits from tourists, friends and students from local public schools.

Our aim at Evergreen Farm is to develop top quality breeding standards, which will produce sound conformation, good disposition, and excellent fiber. All animals are microchipped, blood-typed, registered and have medical records.

We have a variety of colors, ranging from true black to cinnamon, rich brown and pure white. The fleece is not only beautiful to the eye but has fine micron counts.

We are members of the C.A.B.A. (Canadian Alpaca Breeders Assoc.), the A.O.B.A. (U.S.), C.L.A.A. and A.R.I. (Alpaca Registry Inc.) members.

Our farm gate is always open for you to come and visit! If you are considering purchasing Alpacas let us help you understand our experience of raising these truly wonderful animals. We do have fine quality mature and young stock for sale. Give us a call at anytime we would love to hear from you!

For Sale

Many wonderful animals can be purchased in single or packages. All ages as well as a variety of colours are available. Below are a few of our herd.

Fibre Males

We also have fibre males for sale. Many have been handled and trained which helps with the daily chores and overall management. They make delightful pets as well as providing you with soft silky fibre every year. Prices ranges from $500. to $1000. Cnd. depending on age and size.

Boarding

Alpaca boarding is available whether it is for the winter months or all year. We provide quality care for every animal. Shelters and heated water is available for the cold winter days. A charge of $30. per animal/per month.

Shearing

Spring is time of year to tackle to job of shearing. Bookings are recommended well in advance in order to provide your animals the correct time they require. Pricing is determined upon number of animals, as well as distance, and travel time. Contact Richard for further information
